Equostat R5

This tester is a practical addition to the Equotip Hardness Tester as it resolves virtually all of the restrictions associated with Impact testing. Impact testers cannot measure light parts of certain geometric configurations because they must be coupled to provide resilience.

The Equostat tester is suited for parts that are light, thin walled or tubular. It may also be used with the standard Equotip impact devices to create a hardness testing system to check hardness from .008" to infinity, and convert all readings into the standard HB, HRB, HRC, Vickers and Shore.
