Unevenly wound reels lead to loss of material and time during printing or converting. The portable PAROtester allows the reel hardness - and the hardness profile of reels to be measured in-place quickly and accurately.

Measuring Principle: The test is initiated by launching a spring loaded body against the test surface. The impact and rebound velocities are compared resulting in a instantaneous numerical hardness value. The test is portable, easy to implement and extremely accurate.

Digital Display and inherent data memory help make the PAROtester as easy to interpret, as it is to operate. 0.5% accuracy - non-contact measurement results in very little wear or maintenance.
